Add flight key restrictions

Request from AIDA to add flight key restrictions
Request comes in most likely via mail

1. Rename attached file

Rename the attached file to:

flights.txt

2. Create backup copy of previous file with timestamp

cp /home/qcuser/apps/data/flight/restricted/flights.txt /home/qcuser/apps/data/flight/backup/flights.txt_[DDMMYY]

3. Copy new file into place (as qcuser)

cp [newFile.csv] /home/qcuser/apps/data/flight/restricted/flights.txt
