TO Portal:

1. Stop Tomcat container

2. Replace WAR file

   Go to Midgard installation package 'data' directory (/home/qcuser/inYYMMDD/data)

   Copy portal.war to home/qcuser/apps/qcapps/ on TO Portal host

3. Start Tomcat container
